The latest in a series of events hosted by the UCI Office of Global Engagement to address a number of timely international topics, the webinar on April 22 will explore the Fulbright Specialist Program. This program is part of the larger Fulbright Program which provides short term opportunities for established U.S. academics and professionals to serve as expert consultants and conduct project-based exchanges at institutions around the world.
This virtual information session will include an overview of the program and topics such as:
- Eligibility requirements;
- Benefits for participating specialists;
- Application process; and
- Examples of past specialist projects around the world.
In addition, Fulbright Specialist Program staff will be available to answer attendee questions following the presentation.
The event is intended as a resource for faculty, staff, and graduate students.
